FEATURES: You'll find a broad verandah offering a sunsational ocean and headland view. Shade or sunlight throughout the day with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, well equipped kitchen with microwave and laundry with washing machine and dryer. There are three bedrooms, the main with a king size bed and the second bedroom with a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has a single bunk bed. A stylish living area with televsion, DVD , stereo mini system and satellite TV completes the package. There is also a new split system airconditioner and second airconditioner in the third bedroom. Downstairs there is a second deck to the shade. NO PETS ALLOWED
